Asphalt Paving Crew Foreman

We are a paving and construction company looking for an experienced paving crew foreman or worker to join our team. We have been in business for over 30 years and focus mainly in private parking lots and office parks. We require at least 3 years of experience on a paving crew. Duties required but are not limited to are listed below:

Summary: Assist in the tasks associated with the construction of asphalt pavement on highways, streets, and parking lots.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist minor equipment maintenance and cleaning of the construction equipment.

Must have the ability to operate asphalt paving equipment and be able to labor for paving crew.

Keep working areas clean

Works closely and oversee the skilled workers on the crew.

Engages in all forms of hard labor that is necessary for the completion of the construction project

Competency to perform the job successfully

Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
