Sealcoat Crew Forman

We are a paving and construction company looking for an experienced Sealcoat and Crackfill crew foreman to join our crew. We have been in business for over 30 years and focus mainly in private parking lots and office parks. We require at least 3 years of experience on a sealcoating and crack filling crew. Duties required but are not limited to are listed below:

Summary: Oversee and manage sealcoat and crackfill crew

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist minor equipment maintenance and cleaning of the construction equipment.
• Must have the ability to operate sealcoating equipment (tanks, sprayers, etc.)
• Keep working areas clean
• Works closely with the skilled workers
• Engages in all forms of hard labor that is necessary for the completion of the construction project
• Competency to perform the job successfully
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.

This job requires night and weekend work often. Candidate must have a flexible schedule. We offer paid vacation, 401K and health insurance.
