Edgewater Office Park – Parking Lot Reconstruction

The parking lot reconstruction project for two of the buildings at the Edgewater Office Park in Wakefield, MA, has just come to an end.  This project, completed by Asphalt Services, Inc. in three phases consisted of asphalt reclaiming/pulverizing, and asphalt milling. The biggest challenge facing ASI throughout this project was maneuvering the cars around the parking lot during the phases. This parking lot has very little space open as it is, trying to move cars completely out of a section is challenging. To get this done with little to no interruption ASI came in at night to do all the asphalt reclaiming and milling followed by the paving of the phase first thing that morning. When able to work at night ASI can get your parking lot opened and operational in no time. The cooperation of the property management company, tenants of the buildings and their employees and visitors during this project was outstanding. ASI completed the 3 phases of this project with no major problems, setbacks or major interruption of business.
